HERE IS HOW WE MAKE SURE YOUR PRODUCTION WILL BE SMOOTH AND SUCCESSFUL
We carefully prepare the first stages of production: pre-production is a crucial and complex phase which directly impacts the success of the whole production
We act as the keystone supervisor for your production : we choose the most relevant manufacturers and subcontractors from our network of selected partners, we coordinate their interventions and vouch for the completion of production according to the set standards
Our quality and CSR processes cover the entire manufacturing process from receipt of materials to packaging of the finished bags. We are committed to responsible operations through environmental friendliness, respect of individual rights and guarantee of product quality.
Thorough PRE-PRODUCTION preparation
1- Whether you developed your product with us or not, we will first study it and outline all critical points to pay special attention to in production.
We will workout and confirm with you requirements for materials and specific quality items.
2- Die cut molds, printing films, emboss molds are all ordered by us as these tools are critical to the quality of your manufactured product. To preserve our customers' IP all tools are kept safe in our own development center after production of goods is completed.
3- We fully control procurement
From thread to main fabric, we order and purchase all materials necessary for your production.
This is a prerequisite to manufacture quality compliant products.
This single step is a guarantee that materials used on bulk are the same as the one you approved on a sample or on swatches. No nasty surprises once your bulk is manufactured.
Unless otherwise requested , our materials and trims are all REACH compliant and traceable. Test can be arranged as requested
Before being sent to cutting, all materials are checked by our teams with your eyes in mind.

Starting from raw materials procurement to shipping arrangement, each professional in our team follows a methodical process to make sure that both quality and timing requirements are fulfilled at every step of your order processing.
Our Quality Control staff is following up on your order from materials in house through to final packing :
Materials inspection : before cutting starts
Initial inspection : check cut pieces for size and general appearance
In line inspections : check sewing quality and conformity
Final inspection : control all finished goods (100% check) on appearance, conformity and strength
While some customers fully rely on our in house quality controllers, some may nominate third party quality controllers.
As a reference, our record shows 99% of our orders pass third party quality control under AQL 2,5 Level II.

Validate your product in all details, based on a datasheet or a sample.
Establish a detailed quotation which will allow you to formalize your order.
Deliver a standard pre-production sample for your approval.
Start production and perform continuous quality assurance, with regular reporting as needed
Production completion and validation of bulk compliance prior to shipping.
1- The first step is to confirm with you all aspects of your product based on a data sheet or an approval sample

2- Our quotation sheet will always include the following pieces of information :
The price : the bulk price will be as per our quotations sent to you at prototyping stage, if your product was developed with us
Lead time : orders usually need 60-90 days for manufacturing + shipment time to your destination
Payment terms : our usual terms are 30% deposit when the order is placed and balance 70% when the goods are shipped
Incoterm® and the mode of transportation of the goods if relevant
3- A pre-production sample will be sent to you for approval within the first month after your order confirmation.
This is the standard sample for your production : it will be used as a reference for quality checks.

The costs of its delivery to your destination are at your expense
4- Once the pre-production sample is approved, we will launch the manufacturing and quality assurance processes :
Inspection of incoming materials : color check, hand-feel check, perform chemical and mechanical tests if required
Initial inspection : checking of the size and general appearance of the cut pieces, 100% checking of the fabric panels with branding (printing, embroidery, embossing)
Inline inspections : checking of the quality and compliance of the sewing and ensuring that all operations have been carried out. In general, we perform 2 to 3 inline inspections for each order
5- Depending on the result of the final inspection, you will give the green light for the shipment of the goods
The final inspection by our care includes : the checking of the conformity, the appearance, and the robustness of 100% of the finished products and finally the check of conformity of packaging
Before shipment, we can send you our quality control report, pics of your products inline and of finished goods, as well as a production sample. The bulk sample is free of charge, the costs of its delivery to your destination are at your expense.
You may ask for a third party quality control for your goods, we will be happy to coordinate with your nominated controllers.
Certifications : if the materials used are subject to certifications such as GRS, we will send these to you before shipment happens.
