Some of our partners manufacturing specific items such as Dupont® fabrics or RPET materials are accredited with International certifications. These documents are available on demand.

SYstematic Quality control on every batch

Before your fabric is packed and sent for shipment to Europe, every batch is systematically checked by our team in China who then gives the green light for shipment.

10% of the order quantity or a minimum of 30 yards is checked for the followings :

1. color compliance to 95% or more against approved lab-dips or reference color swatch

2. thread weight and thread count to be same as reference ordered

3. backing : PU or PVC coating thickness and evenness to be same as reference ordered

4. finishing : water repellent or other special treatments as per order requirements

5. Color fastness performance to comply with order requirements

6. surface appearance : absence of snagged or pulled thread, absence of stains and color shading

7. quantity and usable width as per order
